Tradition Realty Advisors is a specialty brokerage and advisory firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. The company is owned and managed by Sean D. Leahy, a 15-year veteran of commercial property investment and analysis.  

Sean D. Leahy

Mr. Leahy began his commercial real estate career in 1994 with Kennenth Leventhal & Co., a national public accounting and consulting firm focused on the commercial real estate industry. A year later the firm merged with Ernst & Young LLP and became known as the E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group (E&Y). As a consulting manager with E&Y, Mr. Leahy was involved with merger and acquisition due diligence, portfolio cash flow modeling, property valuation, workouts, securitization and property dispositions. Clients included investment banks, commercial banks, home builders, developers, pension funds and life insurance companies.

In 1999, Mr. Leahy joined the Phoenix office of Lowe Enterprises, a national pension fund advisor, where he was involved with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and asset management for the company’s Arizona portfolio of institutional quality office and retail properties. In 2003, Mr. Leahy joined Cole Real Estate Investments, a national sponsor of net leased real estate funds, where he served as the Director of Portfolio Management and, subsequently, Director of Real Estate. While at Cole, Mr. Leahy developed the company's key portfolio management systems, underwriting procedures and also handled the company's dispositions.

Mr. Leahy is a licensed real estate broker and certified public accountant in the State of Arizona. Mr. Leahy received a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona. When not working, Mr. Leahy enjoys spending time with family and traveling. Mr. Leahy is also an avid Scuba diver, skier and tennis player.
