We closely track high-quality net lease opportunities from coast-to-coast, and have daily dialogue with sellers and brokers.
Focus on Quality
We primarily focus on high-quality properties which are net leased to investment-grade tenants such as Walgreens, CVS, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wal-Mart and FedEx. We proactively monitor new development and sale opportunities in the marketplace and alert our clients of special investment opportunities as they arise.
Fees for our buyer advisory services are typically paid by the seller at close of escrow.

- evaluate potential capital exposure (NN vs. NNN)
- Complete market survey of current offerings and locations
- Evaluate location differences and consider effect of mortgage taxes, transfer taxes and demographic characteristics
- Draft and present letters of intent on client's behalf
- Negotiate key terms and conditions
- Assist client's review of purchase agreement in conjunction with buyer's counsel
- Monitor key due diligence milestones
